Title FAQ
What are the health benefits of A2 Ghee?
A2 Ghee is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins (A, D, E, and K), antioxidants, and essential nutrients. It aids digestion, boosts immunity, promotes heart health, improves brain function, and enhances skin glow.
What is Desi Cow Bilona Ghee?
Desi Cow Bilona Ghee is made using traditional Bilona churning methods from the milk of desi cows. The milk is first turned into curd, and then the butter is hand-churned and boiled on a low flame to produce ghee with superior taste and aroma.
What is A2 Ghee and how is it different from regular ghee?
A2 Ghee is made exclusively from the milk of indigenous desi cow breeds (like Gir, Sahiwal) that produce A2 beta-casein protein. Unlike regular ghee made from A1 milk (from crossbred or foreign breeds), A2 Ghee is easier to digest, richer in Omega-3 fatty acids, CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), and fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E & K. It is considered more nourishing and closer to what our ancestors consumed for centuries.
Is your ghee made using the traditional Bilona method?
Yes! Our ghee is crafted using the ancient Bilona (hand-churned) method. The A2 milk is first converted into curd, then hand-churned to extract white butter (makhan), and finally slow-cooked on a low flame to produce pure, grainy, aromatic ghee. This traditional process preserves all the natural nutrients, enzymes, and goodness that make our ghee truly special and superior to commercially produced ghee.
Is your A2 Ghee 100% pure and natural?
Absolutely! Our A2 Ghee is 100% pure, natural, and free from any additives, preservatives, artificial colours, or chemicals. It is made solely from the milk of grass-fed indigenous desi cows using the traditional Bilona method. No shortcuts, no compromises — just pure, wholesome ghee the way nature intended. Each batch is carefully crafted to retain its natural golden colour, rich aroma, and full nutritional value.
